Hartford Heights

Low and moderate-income families were seeking rental options at affordable rates in safe neighbourhoods, so we opted to build a townhome community in partnership with the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The design included 2 and 3 bedroom options as well as barrier-free floor plans with green space – a rarity in the market. All 40 units were expertly integrated into the modular design and installed entirely indoors to expedite the on-site construction process, protect residents’ homes from the elements and aid in affordable rental rates for years to come. 

Thanks to modular construction methods, the waiting tenants were delighted to hear that Hartford Heights was completed in less than 12 months – saving them years of living in less-than-ideal housing.
