This prime plot of land in Saskatoon’s family-friendly Stonebridge neighbourhood offered a unique opportunity to partner with the City of Saskatoon, the National Affordable Housing Corporation, and the Mike Holmes Group to build quality homes for moderate-income families.

Location alone is not enough to stand out in a competitive first-time homebuyer market – Cory Villas required an appealing floor plan and attainable price points. A smart stacked townhome design provided 38 units divided into a selection of two and three-bedroom options to suit a wide array of budget-conscious home buyers in Saskatoon. In addition, nearly $500,000 in funding was secured for eligible buyers with annual household incomes below $90,000 to assistwith their down payment in the form of non-repayable grants worth 3-5% of the purchase price.

Despite a slow spring thaw, construction completed in just 7 months. The first possessions took place in July 2018 and Cory Villas sold out just 7 months later!
