As Big Block’s Office Administrator, Kylee is a steady force behind the scenes, combining a sharp eye for precision with sound judgment and a people-centered approach to keep things running smoothly. She supports executive and cross-functional teams with discretion, clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and seamless coordination—ensuring day-to-day activities align with Big Block’s bold commitments.  With a background in Facility Management, Office Administration, Project Coordination, and Interior Design, Kylee brings both structure and intuition to her work, adapting support to meet the needs of each person and initiative. Outside the office, Kylee is an involved soccer mom, Martial Arts trainee, and freestyle abstract artist—channeling her energy into surreal, expressive paintings that reflect her passion for art, travel, and architecture.
