Kristina Enequist

As project coordinator, Kristina plays a vital role in Big Block’s operations department, paying attention to the details and making sure nothing gets missed. Her goal is to find ways to help operations be more efficient by simplifying processes and finding new solutions to problems. She spends much of her day drafting — creative work that she finds fun and rewarding. Kristina has known since high school that she wanted to work in the construction industry, and after spending time at a large company, is happy to be bringing her knowledge from that experience to help Big Block in its mission to build communities at full throttle.
