Dave Joseph

As Director of Operations, Dave ensures Big Block’s projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to specification. With 30 years of industry experience, he brings disciplined oversight and decisive leadership across project management, design, and construction execution to achieve high-quality results on and off site. With a strong foundation in carpentry and construction management, he understands Big Block's buildings from the ground up and holds teams to clear, professional standards. Known for his direct communication and strong sense of accountability, he ensures Big Block consistently delivers on its commitments.  

When he's not working, Dave enjoys fishing and camping with his family, and collecting historic Canadian currency.
